Privacy Policy
How GoldWall Analytics collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site — and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain.

Who we are
GoldWall Analytics (“GoldWall Analytics,” “we,” “us”) is a quantitative research publication providing educational gold-market analytics. This policy explains what happens to information when you use this website (the “Site”). For any privacy question, contact us at contact@goldwallanalytics.com.
By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
Information we collect
We collect very little directly. In practice, information falls into three buckets:
- Information you give us — only if you email us. If you contact contact@goldwallanalytics.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We do not operate accounts, logins, or payment on this Site.
- Automatically collected technical data — like most websites, our servers and infrastructure providers log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic understanding.
- Cookies and similar technologies — set by us and, more significantly, by third-party services such as our advertising and analytics partners (see sections 4 and 5).
We do not knowingly collect financial account credentials, and we never ask you to connect a brokerage account. Do not send us sensitive financial information.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To understand, in aggregate, which content is useful so we can produce more of it.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To display advertising that funds this free, educational Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of the word. Note, however, that some privacy laws (such as the CCPA) define “sale” and “sharing” broadly enough to include certain third-party advertising cookies; see section 7 for your controls.
Advertising & Google AdSense
This Site is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense and may use other third-party ad vendors to serve ads.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick / DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
For more on how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see Google's “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” page.
Cookies & analytics
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our partners use them to keep the Site working, to remember basic preferences, to measure traffic in aggregate, and to serve and cap advertising. Where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK), advertising and non-essential cookies are set only after you consent through the cookie/consent notice.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can set most browsers to refuse cookies. Doing so may affect parts of the Site. Deleting cookies does not delete the underlying opt-out choices you have made with ad vendors.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only in limited ways:
- Service providers — hosting, content delivery, security, and advertising partners who process data on our behalf or under their own policies (e.g. Google).
- Legal reasons — where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.
Our market data is sourced from third parties (CFTC, FRED, ICE, and a broker data feed); that is data we consume, and it does not involve sharing your personal information with them.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or similar laws, including the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of that information;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including personalized advertising;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@goldwallanalytics.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data retention & security
We retain technical logs and correspondence only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors & children
The Site may be operated from, and data processed in, jurisdictions whose laws differ from yours. By using the Site you understand your information may be processed in those locations. This Site addresses financial markets and is intended for adults; it is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page; material changes may be highlighted on the Site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
