These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoldWall Analytics website and its content (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

GoldWall Analytics is a quantitative research publication, not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary of any kind, and nothing on the Site creates such a relationship. All content — including the volatility-regime reading, the Commitment of Traders positioning and 52-week COT Index, macro context, articles, tables, and figures — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

• The volatility-regime reading is a mathematical probability from a statistical model. It estimates the chance of a large move; it does not predict direction and does not guarantee any outcome.
• The positioning and COT figures are a sentiment read derived from public data. They describe crowding, not a buy or sell signal.
• No content accounts for your personal circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance, and none of it should be relied upon as the basis for any financial decision.

Trading and investing in gold, futures, derivatives, and other financial instruments involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. Past performance and historical or modeled results do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed, qualified professional before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that GoldWall Analytics is not liable for any trading or investment decision you make.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Market data is sourced from third parties (including the CFTC, FRED, ICE, and a broker data feed); it may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or occasionally unavailable, and we do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously current. Models and derived metrics are estimates and may be wrong.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldWall Analytics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or content except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Site's content as your own or in a way that misrepresents its source; or
• interfere with, block, or manipulate the advertising that funds the Site.

The Site's original text, design, code, models, and the presentation of data are owned by GoldWall Analytics and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link back, for non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved. Underlying public data (e.g. CFTC and FRED releases) remains subject to its own source terms and is not owned by us.

The Site may link to third-party websites and relies on third-party services (including advertising and data providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and governed by that party's terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of the operator's principal residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
